Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Mass recruitment for BPO/ITES.
Should have exposure in Sales Hiring for Enterprise unit
Head hunting, Searching CV\'s from Job portals & generating references
Candidate will be responsible for lining up candidates for open positions
Responsible for screening and shortlisting of candidates
Creating & maintaining Data base
Follow up from pre interview till joining of candidate, Post Joining and Exit.
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Effectively and efficiently fill open positions through sourcing talents from a variety of sources.
