Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives
Ensure efficient execution of demand generation programs to increase consumer base and maximize per capita
Collections/Management of accounts receivables
Management of promotional budgets and costs
Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/control
Ensure implementation of SFE norms and standards set thru appropriate HCP and retail execution strategies
Control attrition and build a motivated, and committed sales team thru a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and reward
Will need to work in tandem with the Trade team in driving combined targets and implementing merchandising initiatives
Participate in strategy meetings & provide inputs to marketing department. Ensure that all the key marketing projects & activities are implemented effectively during each cycle in his/her region.
Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
