Reporting to the INDIA & SEA- South East Asia Online Store Manager, and working cross functionally with the IN SMB Small Medium Business, WINDOWS BG, CDS consumer Devices Sales Team as well as the Corporate Team, this person will develop and facilitate Online Store plan for commercial to account plan to achieve revenue targets, profitability and market share objectives
Creating strong partnerships with partners Eg :- HCL Orient affiliates and ecommerce partners MS Sales Partners to define the sales and marketing plans for the commercial online store
Review and manage the sales and marketing goals through weekly and monthly cadence with Sub stakeholders and Partners
Analyze monthly traffic, conversion and sales to achieve monthly target; assess competitive landscape to further identify future sales opportunities to accelerate market share goals
Develop B2B Online Store specific marketing programs in collaboration with category marketing leads and merchandising teams to improve and upgrade MS Retail Store business portfolio in market
Drive alignment between Subsidiary stakeholders and SMB partners to support the overall Client Brand experience for consumers
Manage the partner relationships and act as the single point of escalation
Provide deep insight on local market business performance opportunities and constraints
Deliver market insights to Client Store stakeholders to help inform and drive global SMB strategy
Develop customer insights and provide e-commerce and product based learnings to improve direct sales and inform Product Marketing Groups
