Job Description

We are one of the Advisory a firm in Corporate & Retail Leasing based at Gurgaon 

Currently we are looking for mid level management to develop a new team in Gurgaon & Delhi.

Transaction Management for leasing and sale of office space for corporate occupiers and end users.

Negotiation and closure of deals, execution of the EOI, LOI, Agreement.

Business Development and Leads sourcing for commercial real estate brokerage.

Handling communication and proper follow-ups with perspective business associates.

Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.

Managing team of corporate leasing - commercial in Gurgaon.

Directing and managing personnel functions including distribution of work assignments, personnel mentoring and disciplinary actions.
