Job Description
Proactively communicate with customers & manage relationship via email / inbound andOutbound call.
Coordinating with the branch in regards of customer queries and complaints.
Following up with customer for pending task completion over call and email.
Handling the mutual fund backend work.
Providing resolution to customers\' complaints & grievances.
Handling query, request and complaints of customers through calls and email and getting it resolved with the help of concerned team within a given TAT.
Doing all backend related activities such as CRM update, generating MIS reports, handling service requests of customers, providing proper resolution to customers.
