Job Description
Responsible for management of all the leads generated by the unit
Liaising with the respective sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of the leads.
Publish various MIS for all the products to drive the team
Regular meetings with the fulfillment team for business planning
Work on sales discrepancy and rejects along with the fulfillment unit
Organize sales training by liaising with different fulfillment teams
Ensure closure of converted leads in CRM Next
Drive the team for lead generation
Make customer visits for high value leads
