Job Description

Carrying out detailed review of existing structures, design, and analysis of towers, foundations and buildings for assessing load carrying capacity of existing cell sites from multiple operators sharing perspective.

Support to circle for technical feasibility for civil structures, towers and issuing Service proposal. 

Provide solutions for strengthening of towers, foundations, buildings to enhance the additional antenna load carrying capacity

Reviewing designs of new tower, foundations, Shelter, DG foundation, any other required civil works on a cell site

Monitoring of SBC, NDT and other tests as per standards. 

Prepare framework for standardization of BOQ (in system and GL) related to civil works for new sites and upgrade sites, CAPEX control for new and upgrade sites.

Provide support and solution to circle teams related to day-to-day problems encountered during site acquisition, foundation design and execution of civil works.

Prepare project plans and derive strategic projects initiated at corporate level

Interact with cross functional teams at corporate and circle level

The position will facilitate executing Infra planning site Sharing feasibility analysis and meet multi-operator requirements from existing/planned sites. 

Review of processes and optimisation of process to meet varying business needs.
