Job Description
To assist the Director in day to day operation
To analyze the business data, derive the interpretation and provide inputs to the Director for strategic decision making
To do the calendar management
To update the regular MIS and generate the monthly progress report
To do the travel management for the Director
To co-ordinate with various team leaders and cross functional heads for effective deliverables
To prepare the agenda and MOM for the meeting
To fix and schedule appointments of the Director
To respond to calls and correspondence in absence of the Director
Well versed with excel formulas such as lookup, vlookup, hlookup, pivot, if, if-then-else, sumif, countif, conditional formatting etc. and presentation
