Job Description

Manage the expectations of the clients to win their repeat business.Provide the Market intelligence and customer feedback and insights to different teams to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives. Regular interaction with Clients to understand requirements. Listening to each client in order to gain an understanding of their individualized needs, in order to direct them to the appropriate product or service

Coordination with different teams for ensuring client deliverables are effectively communicated and met

Communication bridge between Client and internal team.

Knowledge transfer of new assignments, expectations, projects - from Client to Operations team.

Will carry revenue target - meet monthly target, harvest the account for additional

revenue Invoicing and follow up for payment with Client.

Understand operational deliverables of accounts

Need Interior designer who is a team leader

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in Interior designing / architect sector is preferred

Strong written and verbal communication

Strong inter -personal skills

Flexibility and willing to Travel

Ready to work in timings corresponding to Client timings including weekends.
