Job Description
Service Order management: Routine New Service Order progress monitor, Service Portion analysis, Implicit Order transfer or Order adjustment Supporting based on requirement, Deposit Order Management, identify the invalid history order & support clean up.
P&L Management: Supporting publish business operation report of BU, and analysis on the P&L data. identify the abnormal booking or reversal of Revenue or Cost. support recover BU finance data to business actual.
Cost control: Times claiming monitor (HR Cost) & UR Control, Subcon PO booking monitor (Subcon Cost), support sub-Product for cost baseline building.
KPI management: Supporting BU KPI achievement, support Sub-Product, prepare KPI target setting / KPI monitor / achievement measurement.
Monthly revenue rolling forecast, collect revenue risk & support concerned team close the revenue issues.
Annual BU budget preparation & execution, monitor and communicate with Rep or SEA for BU target setting.
Some other area you can decide as you required. such as Process, Resource, Effeciancy, Cost baseline
EHS Reward/Penalty etc
