Control over systems of all operations like (Purchase and consumption, Stores, Sales etc.) through Internal Financial audits
Ensure all statutory Compliance
Planning of finance on Daily/ weekly/ Monthly/ quarterly & yearly basis
Analysis of financial cost incurred and the plan for the reduction of the same
Control over Sale & Purchase along with stocks through financial guidelines & targets defined
Preparation of Yearly Budget & Compliance of there same
