Job Description

We are looking for Sales & Marketing professionals for our Delhi based office with following expertise:-

Executive - Procurement is accountable for procuring the right quality raw material/ packing material for Lab Chemicals \ Pharma Business on receiving request from the Production department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Work with production, quality department to understand the requirement / changing needs and supply material accordingly 

Build and maintain relationships with the vendors and negotiate with the vendors for better price

Keep abreast of the latest developments and industry trends

Delivery of material to the right location within the stipulated time

Disposal of rejected material

Negotiate price and Ensure Timely delivery of Multiple RM & Packaging Material of Lab Chemicals / Pharma Business

Should be able to efficiently arrange Multiple Indents (RM/ Packaging) to the range of 150- 200 Items in a Month for recurring items.

Develop new source and alternate vendors for monopoly product which would help timely servicing of the material at most competitive price.

Should have an Experience of working in a SAP for Purchase Module.

Meet vendors, collect samples and get the testing done from the Quality Control department.

Ensure that raw material/ packing material are procured within the budgeted price.

Co-ordinate with the Accounts department for making timely payments, C Forms to the suppliers.
