Job Description

Candidate should be a Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering and should have carried out independently design of external master planning of drainage, sewage treatment plant, RWH, internal plumbing as well as fire fighting system of large commercial, residential townships,hotels,hospitals etc. Preference would be given to candidate having exposure of 1-3 years with a MEP Consulting / Real estate firm.Safety Systems. Assist in Project Start-up, documentation, Material Tracking for installation,Planning, supervision, coordination with Subcontractor, testing & commissioning,material reconciliation, built drawing, snags completed etc.

 

Expertise in Plumbing design of residential&commercial projects compulsary.Proficiency in CAD, spreadsheets& document preparation. Candidates working/ worked with MEP consulting or PMC firms preferred.
