Job Description
- Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
- Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities for all products of the organization on PAN India basis
- Understand the products and services offering of the organisation and approach of key competitors
- Forecast sales volumes, profit margins, and net profit and achieve clearly defined, mutually agreed upon revenue/gross profit targets
- Handle all activities related to institutional sales like bringing in new business, maintaining relations with existing clients, identifying opportunity for further business with existing clients / vendors and developing business with them, etc.
- Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, product launch, presentations, events and conferences
- Energetic and intuitive marketing strategist with exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results
- Skilled in direct response marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time –to deliver results on time and under budget
- Experience of producing detailed marketing plans
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to create, motivate and manage the marketing team.
