Candidate should be responsible for entire Recruitment cycle †Sourcing, Short listing, Interviewing, Searching of suitable candidates through various sources like Job Portals, Head-hunting, databases and referrals. Conducting telephonic/preliminary Interviews of candidates to check their technical skills, communication skills and suitability as per the requirement of the clients. Briefing the candidates about the job profile, responsibilities, Salary Packages, and client’s profile etc.
Must keep complete follow up with candidates and clients, and scheduling the interviews within given time limit and close the position.
Posting the requirements of the Clients on job portals & sending bulk mails through portals to get relevant Profiles.
Can close junior to senior level positions.
Must handle technical, non-technical, IT and Non IT positions.
Salary negotiation with clients and candidates.
Ability to handle multiple positions at a time.
Maintain daily MIS report.
