Job Description
Should have experience in Payroll, Attendance and Statutory & Compliances Management. Variance analysis of payroll and accuracy. Checked of output report downloaded from HRIS in excel Vs Input. Hiring IN software though upload/ Manual updations. Mater data updations in HRMS and basic check / control on non-financial data. Basic knowledge of statutory compliances relating to Payroll like PF/ ESI/ Ptax/ LWF and TDS. Knowledge on various perquisites under Income Tax Act. Annual Compliance report for statutory relating to salaries Employee queries resolution.

& Compliance Management, Positive attitude with Analytical outlook, Should have
excellent command in MS Excel Positive attitude with Analytical outlook.
