Requirements:

• Overall Responsibility to achieve budgeted target for designated area.


• Customer Business Verification.


• Conducting sanction committee meetings.


• Overall maintain good portfolio quality.


• Need to handle a team of 2-4 Program Managers & 15-20 loan officers and guide them to achieve their respective targets.

Desired Profile:

• Should have 6-10 yrs of experience in sales and marketing of financial services.


• Handle a Team of managers for more than 2yrs.


• Relevant experience in secure lending.


• The person should have faced target of 5-10 Lakhs ticket size.


• Good command of local language along with English.


• Analytical Skills.
