We are looking for dynamic and creative people to join our Real Estate team as an Admin Assistant. Responsibilities include:
• Manage the reception/front office.
• Attend incoming calls and receive all mails and couriers.
• Maintain all log books (visitors, attendance, couriers, housekeeping & security, stationary etc.)
• Greet and welcome guests and assist them with their queries.
• Receive and make calls for scheduling meetings and interactions.
• Perform general admin based tasks.
• Collect and file all bills and receipts.
• Assist in Recruitment.
• Divert and direct walk-ins to the right resource.
