Job Description

WizIQ is looking to hire inside sales executives to drive sales engagements with prospects over the phone.


As an Inside Sales Representative, your role is to seek out and engage companies/individual educators through strategic prospecting and convert them to WizIQ customers. To do this you will leverage WizIQ\'s existing leads and generate new interest through calls, emails and social media messaging.


Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads (between 50 and 70 calls per day)


Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity


Online product demonstration to prospectus


Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue/ sales goals through acquisition / upsell of accounts for the defined territory


Independently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies, and apply time and territory management techniques


Follow the sales call process, assuring the customer understands our value proposition


Build and manage quantifiable, 3-month sales pipeline.


Identify opportunities to penetrate customer accounts with additional products and additional end-user purchase opportunities


Identify new potential customers from various internet sources, understand their education technology needs, find the right contact, and generate opportunities to sell


Strengthen customer relationships resulting in increased customer awareness, satisfaction, and loyalty


Effectively use the sales CRM & invoicing tools  to enter all sales information into this system


Minimum 3 years of quota carrying inside sales experience and pipeline management skills


Experience of working with a B2B technology/product company would be highly beneficial


Prior experience in selling to international businesses over the phone preferred


Good Knowledge of B2B product selling along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential


Strong commitment towards sales and customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative, and follow-through


The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
