Excellent written communication skills - able to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Solid technical background - strong grasp of command-line Unix (1-3 years experience), FTP/SFTP, knowledge of XML, XSD or Schema; ability read and understand technical XML specifications

Excellent troubleshooting skills - experience diagnosing web application and network issues using tools such as Chrome DevTools, UNIX command line and the ability to troubleshoot XML schema errors

Attention to detail - able to escalate issues, notice trends and suggest policy/process changes; can follow a detailed test plan, documenting results, filing bugs, and suggesting improvements

Strong creative problem-solving and analysis skills - able to pick up new technologies and skills to solve problems with limited guidance

Team player - exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude
