Job Description

Should have worked in ERP Implementation projects spanning multiple domains with expertise in at least in 2 or more domains

Knowledge of applicable practices and laws

Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

Participates in meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions

Implementing/mapping client requirement in ERP Product, suggesting work-around to ensure that requirements are addressed

Gap Analysis, prepares functional specs for customization, functional testing of customization & certifying release

Approve test plans to be used in testing the business applications in order to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the solution design

Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables

Good articulation and elaboration skills arising from BRS document

Communicate requirements with minimal direction and guidance. Acts as the liaison between the Internal and External Stakeholders

Participates in Knowledge transfer sessions to Development, Design & QC team

Review designs, wherever necessary in a project environment

Strong Analytical skills & Presentation skills to communicate with management and customers

Should have had worked in the capacity of Business Analyst for atleast 5+ years

Certification in Business Analysis is a plus
