Job Description

New position created due to significant global revenue and infrastructure growth in Kronos Cloud and SaaS businesses, and new revenue standard readiness.

This position will be supporting the Cloud Finance organization & report into the Finance Shared Services function managing a team of 4-5 employees; the role will be responsible for functional business partner support, bookings/revenue modeling, reporting and analysis for the Cloud businesses. This position will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in support of advancing the capabilities of the Cloud Finance team in meeting the needs of the Cloud Operations and Support organizations, as well as, the overall organization as Kronos shifts to a SaaS company. The role is based out of the Kronos Noida office & with shift timings of 11:30am IST to 8:30pm IST

Trusted business partner for planning, budgeting and analysis. Work closely with the business teams to develop a comprehensive financial plan in support of the companys strategy

Responsible for subscription bookings reporting & analysis

Establish and maintain Cloud financial reporting, metrics and analysis that meet the needs of the business, corporate finance and executive leadership

Business Support works closely with business partners on planning and strategy, including budgeting, forecasting and analysis of key business metrics.

Assist in developing new cloud related metrics that improves business intelligence and objectively measures the performance of the business

Handle complex adhoc request with a short turnaround time and supplement such request with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making.

Build in-house Domain / Process / Analytical expertise related to FP&A by building out and investing in a strong team, driving employee engagement practices & Talent Management initiatives. Operate in Center of Excellence, build expertise, standardize processes, share best practices across other FP&A segments.

Manages effective internal/ external work relationships within own area of responsibility, builds business relationships in the wider group or unit. Demonstrate flexibility and manage time-zone differences, effectively.
