Responsible for handling end to end recruitment.

Used to screen candidates according to the requirement..   

Thoroughly prepared Candidates for interviews by having an    in-depth knowledge of Client Company, Position, initiatives   and business strategy of the Organization.

Managed Candidate process - including pipeline recruiting,  pre-employment references, and ongoing relationship maintenance of existing consultant.

Expertise working with Candidates on W2, 1099 & C2C tax terms.

Experience of Job Portals (like DICE, Techfetch, Monster, Carrier Builder, etc.) for Job Posting and searching the best            resume.

Carrying out recruitment to build an energetic and talented work force.

Building network of candidates through research & references.

Screening & shortlisting candidates through telephonic interviews.

Coordinating & Scheduling Interviews.

Maintaining the candidate database in excel sheet and following up of each candidate till joining.

Follow up with the selected candidates till their actual joining.

Handling negotiation of salary & notice period with candidates.
