Job Description

Ability to create New SharePoint Site Collections and Sites at the request of the users

Ability to troubleshoot Site Collection/Site User Permission Issues

Good Understanding of SharePoint Groups creation and User Access

Good Working Knowledge of the all the Current Browsers like IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and ability to troubleshoot SharePoint/Browser Compatibility issues

Detailed understanding of Central Administration and Power Shell to execute admin tasks/responsibilities

Good Understanding of HTML & CSS, Master pages & Pages layout, Content types, Document management, permission management.

Ability to create Web Parts , Application Page, Event Handler

Good knowledge of SharePoint 2010/2013 Three-Tier Architecture with WFE, App Servers and SQL 2012 Backend

Good understanding of a SharePoint Designer Tool to create Websites, Workflows and Web pages

Detailed knowledge of SharePoint Services and their downtime impact

Monitor all the Critical SharePoint Services and create weekly Performance matrix

Ability to run SP Usage/Storage/Services reports,

Good Knowledge of SharePoint Backup/Restore Utilities and ability to restore files/sites on a short notice.

Good proficiency required with STSADM Command line Tool and PowerShell to Manage SharePoint 2013 Environment and run administration scripts

Development experience with (C#, Microsoft Visual Studio, SharePoint Server Object Model, SharePoint Client Object Model, ECMA Script Client object model) is a must.
