Managing the Training & Development activities for group Companies,
Identify the trainings by doing a Training Need Identification (TNI) based on the requirements generated through yearly appraisal forms
Create Training Calendars based on the requirements as well as organize and coordinate the trainings,
Ensuring the training programs are organized & conducted timely
To make the consolidated feedback and circulate it to the concerned top management
Cluster Management:
Co-ordinate with National Productivity Council for Cluster work
Take update on the work related to Cluster on a timely basis
To look after the overall progress of all the projects of the cluster
Prepare and circulate the monthly MIS of the department
