Proficiency in creation & use of MIS - HR software.
Will be accountable for the data held within the MIS database and establish procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data at all times.
Should be equipped to monitor for recording and tracking accurate details of the staff as per the policies and procedures set by the company.
Should be confident with good communication skill.
