We are looking for a techno-business development officer who is willing to take up new challenges, with Good understanding of Brand, Distribution, and Retail Industry.
The officer is expected to introduce the vision and relevant technologies to our B2B customers and bringing on board our Worlds first transaction, networking & Engagement platform for Brands, Distributors and Retailers. He/She is also expected to develop them and convert them as a long term account. The desired candidate must have an idea on various new and evolving technologies in retail industry and has an idea to transform a conventional technology world into a simplified modern technology.
Sales and Business Development Responsibility: The officer shall be responsible for driving all of sales and business development activities, through Field, online, channel and enterprise sales.
New Clients: Identify and open doors with new customers and strategic partners
Customer Management: The candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key customers and grow them into revenue opportunities by engaging in both cross selling and up selling.
Team Management: The candidate is expected to lead a team of people, and be responsible & accountable for team's performance and development.
Drive the product growth and success of our cloud and mobile app.
Strategize entry across Brands, Manufacturers, Distributors and Retailers segments and enabling technology for their engagement and business transactions.
Grow revenue by effectively pitching our capabilities to customers and partners.
Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
Drive go-to-market sales strategy across new revenue channels and opportunities.
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers, channel partners and strategic alliance partners.
Provide leadership, direction, coaching, mentoring, and education to sales team.
Establish and enforce performance measurement systems, and provide necessary feedback for sales team to learn and grow.
