Managing 10 - 11 branches and a team of Relationship Managers .
Hiring- Team Expansion in line with the allocated manpower budget
Training & onboarding.
Driving the team towards the achievement of desired sales targets across various asset and liability products of the bank.
Enhancing productivity of the team.
Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with HNI clients to be able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications.
Compliance of sales process to ensure business professionalism & integrity.
