Job Description
Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization.
Conduct TNI & TNA across all profiles & develop, implement, and monitor training plans & programs.
Amend and revise training modules as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
Conduct orientation sessions for employees.
Manage team of AMs & deliver centre level trainings, BM, Faculty & Leadership training plans.
Work in close coordination with online training team & Quality Analysts.
Create testing and evaluation processes.
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.
Achieve CSAT scores of all the branches through systematic training interventions.
