Job Description
Coordinating with external vendors regarding procurement of material and comparing various quotations and finalizing the best suited for the institute.
Coordination with staff regarding any requirements.
Checking stock of all the material ( stationery/furniture,etc)
Coordinate with various staff for operational support activities of the organization
Checking on regular basis incoming and outgoing of stock
Arranging lodging arrangements for staff visiting within & outside city including flight / hotel bookings
Verifying Travel allowances and reimbursement of employees
