We are looking for Sr. US IT Recruiter who can work understanding the technical requirements Full-cycle of Recruitment & Staffing, Proficient on resume search Portals Expertise in IT recruitment

Excellent communication skills with complete understanding of the IT Recruitments & processes

Must have hands on experience on IT Recruitments.

Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements. 

Excellent sourcing, screening, networking and negotiation skills. 

Proficient with job boards, postings & searching skills. 

Must have clear understanding of searching candidates on niche technologies like Big Data, Azure, BI, Fatwire and etc.

Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc).
