Business Partner Vertical in Life Insurance is the new & fastest growing model like of Agency / Tied model. Where in Manager - Business Associate handles team of Business Associates and who further handles team of Insurance Advisors.

To Recruit business associates, who can recruit advisors from their own references.

Business Associates are purely on commission basis, and they get playouts based on the work done by their team of recruited advisors.

Business Associate can work full time or part-time basis with insurance company.

BA's can be recruited from any industry from own references of Manager - BA.

Recruitment of Insurance Consultants under Business Associates.

Handling team of BA's and Advisors and training them to make sure that they work on required productivity level.

Reporting to senior management on daily activites.

Responsible for Planning and Goal Setting of the Team

Developing and Coaching team members.

Help whenever needed in prospecting/suspecting activity in the field.
