Job Description
Maintaining a strong relationship with partners and being the face of Shadowfax in the eCommerce business community
Understanding of business issues of client and coming up with solutions
Daily track on numbers to see any significant changes and reporting to senior management
Compliance check on all reports/presentations being sent to client
Have an in depth knowledge of competition and clients and ability to influence the market
Engage and strategize with senior level executives at client companies to demonstrate how Shadowfax can create value for their business
Coordinating with Finance Team to ensure timely billing and realisation
Coordinating with Marketing team and sending out new initiatives update to client in a designed format
Complete clarity and numbers of client's growth plan as per stores & locations
New account lifecycle management and smooth GoLive
Single POC for handling 24x7 escalations
