Pre-opening and set up of restaurants
Franchisee set ups, legalities and documentation
Budgeting , profit and loss and cost analysis
Market comparative and business evaluation for a new site
Exceeding the budgeted Top line and EBITDA
Responsible for lowering down all the variable expenses related to Restaurant operations to maximize profitability
Staff Hiring, retention and Training
Vendor management, negotiations and agreements
Food festivals and new products Launched
Maintaining patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings
Ensuring all management tools are utilized by teams like mystery audit, GSTS.
Making Budgets for the Financial years
Market comparative and business evaluation for a new site.
If required generating new business opportunities via corporate visits and tie ups.
