Job Description
The Area Sales Manager, West will be responsible for building & expanding the B2C segment in the respective areas mentioned above comprising Lanterns, home solutions, Inverters, solar panels, Modules, Roof tops etc
Operationalizing Sales Strategy by building the S&D network for B2C segment
Creating different Sales avenues
Developing new distribution channels & drive growth of existing channels
Developing and executing marketing campaigns to ensure massive penetration of products in the region.
Someone with a MBA degree and at least 8-10 years of Sales & distribution experience in India ( North/East in Particular) and working with a Solar Companies/Consumer Durable product distribution catering to B2C segments
Proven record of meeting revenue targets and experience growing new/alternate business lines
Someone who is relentless to build effective sales channels in an emerging product category
Great communicator who Communicates clearly
Passionate about his/her work and driven by the need for achievement
Comfortable working independently & requiring minimal supervision
Someone who would like to roll up sleeves to figure out how to grow a high-potential business
Someone who thrives off of building strong relationships both within the organization and externally
Someone who is willing to spend at least 50% of his/her time on the road interacting with distribution partners & customers
