Job Description

Work on design, visualization and media development independently/be a media lead for any kind of complexity level media project

Build Functional Competency as Media Lead - Conduct Training, Present in Media Forums, Mentor and Coach aligned media team members, drive reusability and other media practice initiatives for self and aligned media team members

Create high-end cutting edge design for Complex projects/New Showcase demo samples 

Provide Media Solutioning Support

Working through the various phases of development, integration & deployment

Communicate with clients and share the strategy, ability to understand client requirements and translate the same to the deliverables with high level of creativity

Understanding client requirement and suggesting the appropriate communications/learning solution

Create and maintain Graphic Standards, Guidelines & Check lists for the Project

Interacting with Communications Consultants, Instructional Designers for Visualization of the graphics.
