Job Description
Grow Dimension Data\'s Services business comprising Managed Services, Professional Services and IT Outsourcing Services in the assigned territory.
Drive services sales in the assigned territory of captive and virgin accounts, through structured account planning, incumbency plotting and a comprehensive pursuit action plan
Maintain impeccable commit discipline and seasonality to achieve assigned business targets of booking, revenue and profitability
Grow the funnel and ensure a healthy mix of run rate and strategic deals
Actively participate in client service delivery reviews to upsell/cross sell
Achieve and maintain high client CSAT at all times
Strong understanding of Dimension Datas solutions and services and their market positioning and competitive advantage
IT sales/pre-sales experience, preferably with tier 2/3 companies preferred
Demonstrable record of leading complex sales
Strong communication and objection handling skills
Ability to leverage and lead matrix based resources to position DD as the vendor of choice for single/multi tower IT outsourcing
Should be hands on and detail oriented
Strong presentation skills (mock presentation to be part of the hiring process) in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills
