Job Description
We are looking for people with 2-4 yr(s) experience in the field of technical support primarily software(s) , the incumbent will be responsible for the following:-
Providing technical support to end-users via remote support or by visiting the client-end
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
Gather customers information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms;
Diagnose and resolve technical software issues
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate
Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
