Job Description
Area Sales Manager is responsible and accountable for profitably growing sales in the assigned territory of northern India. As the manager of key North States, the ASM is expected to set a basis for current and future growth through active management of existing accounts. Work closely with the Business Manager-India, maintaining effective and timely communications with him and other business contacts.
Sales and revenue Targets
The ASM is expected to achieve the specified Revenue and Gross Margin growth goals for financial year while building a foundation to achieve goal in the following year.
Channel Management
To monitor, update progress Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly Sales/Marketing activities by Dealer/distributor.
To support all the existing dealers/installers in the region for BOQs, Demos, Solution Designing and End User meeting & build/maintain healthy working relationships.
To recommend new distributors / dealers to ensure Texecom have optimal coverage of the electronic security Intruder Alarm Systems market in designated territory
To work closely with Residential Sector primarily Developers & Architects and Commercial Sector primarily (Banks, NBFCs and Retail)
To attend major Trade Exhibitions in the region
To Track competition, report and take corrective measures.
