Job Description

Design, architect, implement and integrate complex new requirements into the existing enterprise solution

In partnership with the Technical Architect and Technical Project Manager, demonstrate an aptitude for owning, instructing and leading new development, giving consideration to technical and commercial factors, and its compliance with Hicoms Application Development Standards (HADS)

Demonstrates enthusiasm and ability to identify technical enhancements for improving the current solution

Displays and offers leadership, mentorship and guidance to the development team;

Assists the TA with monitoring developer coding practices, and their compliance with HADS, including carrying out regular code reviews

Takes responsibility for development team output, in the absence of the TA.
