Planning, coordinating and supervising the functional requirements for the MD and provide dedicated secretarial assistance to him
Coordinating with internal cross departments, offices for smooth execution of work
Managing emails and internet operations
Arranging regular meetings
Maintaining confidential files and data bank
Remittance and record maintenance of Payments
Coordinate and facilitate department reviews
Calendar Management
Travel Arrangement and arrangement of tickets
