Job Description
Managing the Front desk and handling all calls/visitors politely
Meetings / Calendar Management
International and domestic travel management / arrangements and coordination with travel agents, hotels and taxi vendors
Arranging meetings and conferences and other general secretarial work
Receiving and distributing mail/courier
Handling routine vendors
Assisting finance team by preparing travel / taxi summaries and imprest for routine payments.
Supporting HR functions such as handling the housekeeping , support staff and drivers for the smooth functioning of office
Coordination with other departments and office and finance managers
