Job Description
End to end designing and development of exciting Java based enterprise systems
Code, develop, design and own features related to the existing application with minimal supervision
Work on performance improvement activities. Instrument and test performance metrics
Unit testing and deployment
Liaison with all stake holders to ensure smooth delivery
In-depth knowledge in Contact Center domain in IVR, Reporting, Connectors and other custom solutions
Experience working in Enterprise level Contact Center environment including Avaya
Avaya experience is a plus
Experience of project delivery and relationship management as defined by the needs of the business, including customer, project team, project suppliers and other affected parties
Demonstrable record of resolving issues that threatened to delay or seriously disrupt the project goals
