This position requires managing of sales of the company's products and solutions through Channel Partners within an assigned geographic area, ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through proactive marketing, lead generation & sales.
Responsible for developing new channel relationships to support the growth of the online business for TAA.
Develop, manage, and grow the partner sales funnel.
Accountable for new sales and renewal revenue as applicable.
Work hand-in-hand with partners through entire sales process including developing Go to market strategies and execution plans as applicable to each
Ensure partners have up to date knowledge on new products, features, roadmap, etc. to enable them to articulate the value proposition of our portfolio in comparison to competition
Planning and executing partner marketing activities to support sales of online products
Manage partner commission plans and pay-outs, in line with WK growth and revenue plans
Ensure motivation and business growth from existing partners
Manage channel policy including market coverage strategy and channel conflict, where applicable
Meeting revenue as well as expenses budgets
