Sourcing profiles by visiting job portals, candidate referrals, job posting & company database & screening the CVs and conducting HR validation
*Hands on experience in Bulk hiring / Front line hiring/Middle level Positions/Senior Management Profiles) in Technical Domain
*Should have knowledge of end to end recruitment process.
*Job designing and posting of the jobs as well as taking care of short-listing
*Immediate joiners would be preferred.
*Dealing with the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements
*Ascertaining manpower requirements and screening and short listing resumes through job portals (Naukri.com, Monster, and free Job Portal Site, Linked In) for sourcing quality candidates within the least time
*Conducting preliminary interviews & salary negotiations with identified candidates
*Supervising advertising response, employee referrals and off-campus recruitment; planning, organizing & coordinating walk-in interviews for different requirements
* Assisting in preparing policy manuals and streamlining policies and processes. Co-ordinate with other departments regarding the effective implementation of HR policies & procedures
*Maintain employee discipline, grievance handling, counseling, motivation, organizational culture etc.
*Good communication skills to handle inter-department communications
