Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic candidate with prior experience in with Tender activities. The candidate is required to handle multiple activities at a time, including but not limited to the following.
Preparation of tender costing.
Evaluate the tenders with Commercial conditions and Technical specifications.
Attending the pre bid meetings.
Preparing bid submittals.
Responsible for timely submission of tenders and it s follow for all the terms and conditions in the tender.
Technical and Commercial evaluation of tenders and preparing the comparison reports.
Preparation and submission of MIS on the tender to the top management.
Responsible for Bids of enterprise and Government. Business verticals.
Should be good in techno commercial and legal/Regulatory terms and conditions of RFPs / Tenders.
Should have handled large and complex govt RFPs / Tenders.
Coordination and technical knowledge is must.
Understanding of Pricing aspects and chart out winning propositions.
Should have handled large bids size with Government.
Online bid Submission.
Organise email campaigns for different activities of the firm.
Research and prepare prospect client database.
Prepare functional & technical proposal against different inquiries
