Responsible of the inventory management and cost control of all the locations across India. To define and control the inventory levels location wise and forecast the weekly inventory needs. To coordinate the monthly closing and inventory reconciliation. Identify areas of opportunities to reduce the COGs and PAN India vendors for F&B items.
Handling cluster of Head office role in managing various stores/ units / hotels/ restaurants as a Manager/Assistant Manager or a senior executive (Preferably from a food and beverage industry)
Must have handled multiple stores and units under him
Current job responsibility must include Cost Saving Measures

Handling Multiple vendors and have contracted for other units as well
