Job Description
Work closely with developers, project managers and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC, executing test iterations, tracking / reporting results, troubleshooting and coordinating defect resolution
To adhere to quality standards (voice and accent , Tech Monitoring) , regulatory requirements and company policies
Strong background in base modules such as Appointments, Receiving, Wave process, Setting up Replenishments, Picking, Shipping, Inventory Management, Task and Labour management
Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & self development
Involve in Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT and supporting live
Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate.
