Job Description

Ensures that the security team (outsourced guards) work as per requirement and operational definition (creating QC Quality Control).

Check and report for any gaps in the performance level of security guards at different posts at the site.

Defines areas wherein exists a requirement for additional or change of security controls (manpower and/or peripherals).

Daily on ground physical security audit of the facility. 

Execute on Job Training as per planned schedule.

Is responsible for process implementation on behest of client. 

Assist the client in handling and controlling operational incidents.

Eyes and ears for the Client at the site. Includes intelligence gathering.

Sends regular reports and returns to the client on QC, incidents and operations.
