Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced & self-driven techie to join our team as a CTO to build delightful products across Mobile & Web Platforms. You will be the one to devise the company\'s product strategy and ensure that all systems necessary to support its operations and objectives are in place. 

An excellent CTO must have a solid technology background and consistently keep up-to-date with advancements of the field. Experience of handling, mentoring and nurturing engineering teams will help in fulfilment of desired outputs. Apart from the education and experience, you should have a command at technical architecture, design, performance, security and scalability and must have every quality of a leader and a strong strategic and business acumen.

Responsibilities : 

Design and customize technological systems and platforms to enhance customer experience

Define and execute product and technical roadmap in collaboration with Product Head

Manage and execute project plans and delivery commitments within an Agile/Scrum environment with timelines for key features and technical goals

Monitor changes and advancements in technology to discover ways the organization can gain competitive advantage

Reduce defect rate and improve velocity. Take action using data from retrospectives and other meta processes to further improve quality and velocity

Analyze the costs, value and risks of technologies currently being used to advise and suggest the corrective measures

Work with team members to define growth goals and ensure that they are achieved

Develop and grow a highly skilled team of engineers and maintain a positive team morale and cohesion.

Establishing governance processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately and the organization\'s resources are used responsibly
